We’re excited to have you join our marketplace! Whether you’re testing the waters or ready to scale, this Support Center will guide you through:
- Getting started as a vendor
- Making the most of your free trial period

2️⃣ About Your Free Trial
- Length: Your trial lasts 30 days from approval
- Included Features:
- Full access to your vendor dashboard
- Ability to list up to 100 products
- Access to sales analytics and reports
- Standard commission rate applies (you keep the rest)
- No Upfront Payment: You won’t be charged until your trial ends
- Upgrade Anytime: Switch to a paid vendor plan before your trial ends to avoid interruptions
💡 Tip: Use your trial to upload your best products, test your store settings, and learn the dashboard.
3️⃣ Quick Start for New Vendors
Step 1 – Apply to Become a Vendor
- Go to My Account → Become a Vendor
- Fill in your store details and payment info
- Accept our Vendor Terms & Conditions
- Wait for approval email
Step 2 – Set Up Your Storefront
- Upload your logo and banner
- Add your store bio and policies
- Configure shipping and tax settings
Step 3 – Add Your First Product
- From your dashboard, click Add Product
- Fill in title, description, price, and images
- Choose category and tags
- Publish
4️⃣ Vendor Dashboard Overview
From your dashboard you can:
- Manage Products – Add, edit, or remove listings
- Track Orders – View details, update statuses, print invoices
- View Earnings – See sales, commissions, and payouts
- Profile Settings – Update store info and payment methods
5️⃣ Commissions & Payouts
- Commission Rate: X% per sale during and after trial
- Payout Schedule: Weekly/monthly via Stripe or PayPal
- Reports: Download sales and commission reports anytime
6️⃣ Trial to Paid Transition
- Reminder Emails: We’ll notify you 7 days and 1 day before your trial ends
- Upgrade Process: Choose your plan in the dashboard → Billing → Upgrade
- If You Don’t Upgrade: Your store will be paused, but your products and data will be saved for 60 days
7️⃣ Policies & Compliance
- Prohibited Products: Review our restricted items list
- Refund Policy: Follow our marketplace guidelines
- Tax Responsibilities: Vendors handle their own tax obligations unless otherwise stated
